The Iceman Foundation was founded in 2021 and is funded by The Phangela Group & CDF. With the idea that people in need can formally apply and receive funding after a vetting process by the Iceman Foundation Board. Mr Charl Jacobs has been donating his time, money, and resources to people in need of assistance through the Phangela Group and in his own personal capacity for the past 20 years. After being inundated with requests from far and wide, he decided to start a central platform for vetting aid recipients.
